1. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our detailed size chart available on each product page. If you are in between sizes or have wide feet, we recommend sizing up. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at cremeofficial30@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly.

3. What happens if my package gets lost?

All our shipments include tracking. If your package is lost, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note, we’re not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

4. Can I pre-order or reserve out-of-stock items?

For certain designs, pre-orders are available. Check the product page or contact us to inquire about reserving an item.

5. When will you restock sold out items?

As we produce in small batches to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee the restock of all items hence customers are advised to purchase them while stocks last.

6. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

All exchanges will need to be approved by our Customer Care team via email and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We unfortunately are not able to honour refunds.
